I have some lasting childhood memories with Sean and Jerid growing up in Bellevue that have crossed my mind over the years. Sean's old Honda Fat Cat motorcycle, fishing at the Hayspur hatchery, and certainly the morning we were going to the snowmobile races in Fairfield when Sean cooked up some calf hearts and scrambled eggs. I believe that breakfast of champions sparked my appetite to try almost any "out of the ordinary" food from that point forward, and am thankful for that. I hope that everyone eventually heals from the loss of this great guy.. And I now know how strong he was. Rest Easy Sean.
