The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Dorothy Green can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

My mommy

My mommy was my best friend, mother, father, rock, my everything. When I told her I had been being abused by my ex ( at the time now ex) step dad she didnt question me. She as there for me. She believed me, She wanted to protect me. She was my rock. She was the most amazing, loving, special, beautiful person I knew. The space that is empty in my heart hurts so deeply. I can never let her know how much I loved her. I would like to believe she knew. Even though I told her 100,000,000 tines. I use to say when I grow up I want to be like Aunt Bev (when I would get one of her nursing caps that was the best ever) because she was a nurse and helped people, like my Aunt Aileen because she was in the same business as me. But really I wanted to be my mommy, loved, respect, appreciated, accepted and admired. I can not tell you how many people wanted to work for her because the respected her. I love you Mommy now and forever!! Please share memories of my amazing mom. Please
