Remembering Michael
Michael was known for tinkering around with motors, gadgets, tractors etc.,
At anytime he could be found planting, baling hay and other crops or
riding around on a tractor or in his little green or white pickup,
HE loved to be outside,
under that big blue sky.
HE was happy almost all the time,
It didn't take much.
A wrench or a socket in each hand.
Never a minute was wasted by HIM,
HE found plenty to do when others were sitting around.
"Life is what you make it."
Simple things, your garden, your tractor,
A day with the grand daughter,
It was worth millions to HIM.
Things you said and the advice you would give, can never be replaced,
Some was hard to swallow but O so true and maybe not now, but soon I am sure to say, I wish I had listened. Some was O so funny, you had to laugh.
Some made no sense at all, but we loved to hear you talk.
We all had special days and special times with you, each of us have our different memories that we shared with Michael,
From a quiet moment at the table with him, notarizing a title or two. Or maybe going on a ride with him.
and Oh he loved seeing all the family together in August,
HE made it all so special each time.
What a man, a man was HE.
A great example for all young men to follow.
Just one last touch, holding his hand,
and hearing his voice,
HE will forever be in our hearts.
But now he is gone,
no more to see.
But I will just bet,
on a tractor, he can be found.
Just look around,
His memories you will see, in his daughter, grand daughter, sisters, brother, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. and above all, JUST
Remember how much HE loved us all!!!
