The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lee Davis can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Cousins

We were cousins in Cape Breton.. 2 families . One with 4 boys and a girl and the other with 4 girls and a boy. We were close and shared many special occasions, often getting together for picnics or music. My brother Ron and Lee liked to play guitar together.Time and circumstances caused us to lose touch - people went off to join the Air Force and Navy or to University or got married and moved away. Lee and I were born in 1938. Somehow we managed to stay in touch over the years. We exchanged greetings and sometimes pictures each Christmas..I last heard from him Christmas 2017 when he sent pictures of he. Yvonne and family. I have treasured these small connections.

In May of this year we lost my oldest sister Norma, we lost Ron at age 71 and lost Sylvia to dementia so time is taking its toll.

Herb and I extend sincere condolances to Yvonne and family and to my cousins, Harold, Murray, Glen and Anne. You have always been in my treasure of memories..
