My dearest condolences to the whole Foye family. Growing up I had many interactions with Mr. Foye during school, baseball and hockey. He was a straight forward, down to earth soul with a sense of humor that always left me walking away thinking or laughing. I am saddened to hear of his passing. Respectfully, Tim
