I am devastated by Mike's death. We met one day when he stopped to meet my dog Britain. He was a real support for me after she died. The AA community is grieving for Mike and with his family and friends. A few of us spent about 40 minutes after today's meeting remembering Mike. This Sunday 9/16 is the Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk in Olean. It begins at 9:15 am. in the Good Times parking lot. I've created team "Memories of Mike" and am inviting friends, family, care providers and AA members to register online for team "Memories of Mike. at www.afsp.com/donordrive/oleanny. You don't have to actually attend the walk, you can be virtual walker. I am planning on walking. I will have a small sign and name tag on. I'm hopeful this will help us to grieve and celebrate Mike's life. Blessed Be, Sue Zimmerman
