I wish to offer my sympathy to Roger's family, friends and coworkers. Roger performed peer reviews for many roadway project designs of which I've been involved. Roger had such a wealth of knowledge, and his constructability review comments were extraordinarily meaningful and constructive. Yet, he always maintained a great sense of humility in reviewing his comments in client meetings. Roger has set the bar so very high for engineers in regards to performing peer reviews while facilitating a sense of teamwork. I have no doubt Who Roger drew his strength from in support of his life's work. He will be sorely missed in the engineering community.
