My sincere condolences to the family of John McNally. I remember him as a fine officer and a great coach for sailors in YORK during the 70s when I joined and throughout my time in the Naval Reserve. He was energetic and enthusiastic in all he did and never missed an opportunity to point out opportunities and accomplishments of his subordinates. Fair winds and following seas.
