James, who we used to call Jimbo, was a hero and a role model to me and many other kids like me during the 70's and 80's when Maccabi Tel Aviv went on to win the European cup for the 1st time. I'm deeply saddened to hear about his passing. His sportsmansship, good nature and extreme modesty stood in sharp contrast to his great achievements. We love you Jimbo. May you rest in peace.
