I may not be able to be there to say goodby but my thoughts and prayers will always be for you. We first met about 72 years ago. I was just 7 years old. Joan lived in the house next door to me. I lived on the ground floor and Joan lived in the middle floor. It was a time before cell phones however we managed to commucate by opening our window and talking back and forth for hours. We played dolls and even paper dolls together and one Easter we wore a matching outfit. I have the pictures to prove it. Our young teen years were spent roller skating and sharing the different skating shirts we sewed ourselves. We were in each others wedding and you were Godmother to our first son. There are many more memories that I will forever keep in my heart forever.
