My heart goes out to the family Hugh leaves behind. You are all in my thoughts.
I know how lucky I was to get to call him my friend and mentor for the years we worked together at Parsons Brinckerhoff.
I can only imagine the amazing memories he leaves behind for those who got to call him Brother, Husband, Dad,and Grandpa.
