Hugh was a very close personal friend and business partner, a relationship I cherish. Hugh brought such insight, determination, and skill to our project for FEMA, making it one of the longest running projects for helping disaster victims, starting in 1995 and contiuing on to this day. The value of his influence on the project is beyond measure, he truly was the fuel that made it all run to perfection. On a personal note, he was a great friend, a close confidant, and a joy to know and work with daily for all those years. He will be sorely missed by all whoever worked the project, and certainly all whomever had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves behind him a wonderful family legacy of children and grandchildren who have such a great model to follow in their lives. May God truly bless the entire Inglis family.
So sorry to hear that you have left this world. I just want to say thank you for your mentoring ways. One of the simple things I remember, from long ago, is how passionate you were about us understanding "random sampling". My deepest condolences to the Inglis family. K
