Norman was indeed a force of nature. He gave me a seminal opportunity to participate in the early growth of SPSS, Inc. from which I gained valuable career experience during my seven years there. He also was generous in sharing his own family home with me and Ioanna, where he hosted the baby shower for our twin daughters. He was a man with a big heart and my condolences go out to Carol, Annie and Lara at this difficult time. Please let me know of any memorial tributes that are scheduled.
