Steve and I grew up together, I always remember a smile on his face, he made us all laugh. Our days were filled with playing a myriad of sports, basketball on the blacktop of Chaplin school, baseball at Pioneer Park, football there as well trips to Lions Park to explore. My brother, Steve and the Hernandez brothers were always together, with about ten more of us. I worked at UP with him too for a short time. Rest in peace, old friend. Lanny Grant.
