Growing up I spent a lot of time at grandma's and grandpa Heiberts and Aunt Marianne was definitely part of those fond memories.She was the first person I knew to wear a bikini and what a knockout she was with her bleached blonde hair. She would come in after a hard days work and turn around and get ready for a night of partying. Then she moved to New York to work for IBM. A woman in a man's world. What a trailblazer. On one of her visits home she had Char and June and all of us kids learning to do the twist. What fun! How we loved her and looked up to her in awe. I never thought of her leaving us. I just couldn't imagine it. Ted, Veronica, Mel and Teddy my heart aches for you and your loss. She will truly be missed. Keeping you covered in prayer, hugs and love.
