Gene was one of the first people I met when I hit the street in 1976. Gene was always nice to me. He treated everyone fairly and was really funny to be around. A few years later my brother asked me if I new the guy that worked at his bank. He said the Officer was always friendly and courteous. Of course it was Gene.
God Bless you Gene I am a better cop because of you.
