Bill was my first and best friend at OSU for many years. We not only went to school together but also worked together for several years at the BIA in Washington, DC. While I was at OSU, his mother (Annie) used to refer to me as her other son. (Those years at OSU were the best years of my life.) My condolences go out to Billie Ann, Ken, and Sylvester. I'm sorry for the late condolences but I just now found out today. Bill will be missed by many and especially by me.
