So sad to hear of Phil's passing. For the last 10 years Phil was a valued member of the Environmental Standards Council of the Center for Health Design, a committee of and organization which has dedicated itself to improving health care outcomes through evidence-based environmental design. Along with his family and friends we will miss him as will, I am sure, his colleagues at Lothrop Associates.
