Dear Rich, Irene, Debbie, Matt, Jake and Sam,
My deepest sympathies on the loss of your dear Joanne. It was an honor and privilege to take care of Joanne on her final journey and to meet and care for all of you. Joanne was a unique, bright spirit and will be truly missed by everyone who had the honor and pleasure of knowing her. May many, many wonderful memories bring you comfort now and in the days ahead. I regret that I am not able to join you on Sunday as I will be traveling. Take care of each other.
