Dear Zitoli Family, I was so very very saddened to hear the news of Gerry's passing. My condolences to you. I had the great fortune and immense pleasure to work with Gerry since his first day at Tufts Health Plan. I remember his first office where he had a door but no doorknob. We always laughed about that. Also, his office was across from the water cooler and he was always willing to flip the water jugs for us. Even though in recent years we did not work together that often I always knew I could call Gerry for discussion and guidance when an issue arose. I echo all the sentiments of my coworkers. Gerry was one of the truly nice guys. I will miss his smile. I will miss him. May your memories and those shared with you as well as your family and friends provide comfort and support .
