Dear Zitoli Family: I am so very, very sorry for your loss. I have had the pleasure of working with Gerry for over 20 years at THP. At one challenging client meeting in particular, I remember thinking how happy I was that I was sitting next to him rather than across from him at the table - he was someone you definitely wanted on your side. He was such a presence at Tufts Health Plan and all of us are the better for knowing him. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers My deepest sympathy.
