Dear Zitoli Family, My deepest sympathies to you on the loss of Gerry. It was a pleasure working with him at Tufts Health Plan for many years. While it was admittedly intimidating to be called to his office for an issue, it was fascinating to watch him work, explain his reasoning, and help solve issues. He inspired me to always bring my "A" game. I echo the sentiments of our many colleagues when I say he will be sorely missed for his warmth, his friendly smile, and his dedication to his work.
