My deepest sympathies and prayers for the Zitoli family on the sudden loss of our beloved Gerry. I had the honor of working with him for 15 years at Tufts Health Plan. He was a great listener, teacher, and mentor. When you brought an issue to Gerry, you always walked away with a better understanding, a solid, well explained position, and an answer. I loved having Gerry on my side. We all will miss his humor, kindness, and his offer to buy you a cup of coffee and talk it over. I can still see him in the cafe, leaning across the table, shaking his head, waving his arms, passionately stating his well reasoned position. God bless you Gerry.
